Wabi kusa Balls terrarium or aquarium
We make our wabi kusa about th size of a fist, 10cmx10cm.
The substrate is - 3 portions of our aquarium soil, 1 portion of clay, and 1 potion of peat moss fiber we place the substrate in a fine mesh bag.
Then one sub-aquatic moss is stitched to the mesh the choices we offer are:
1: stringy-moss
2: Phoenix moss
3: willow moss
4: alpine water moss
5: Racomitrium aquaticum
When your package arrives simply open the bag a place the wabi kusa in a bowl in some water to rehydrate and spray with some water.
you can then plant aquatic plant cuttings into the ball using long nose tweezers.
The wabi kusa balls can simply be kept in a dish with water about 3 cm deep or they can be suspended in an aquarium (The use of the plastic mesh bag keeps the substrate in a nice tight ball for years.)
