Clubmoss, Selaginella kraussiana, forms a low creeping mat of small, feathery leaves. It’s perfect for using as ground cover between paving stones, in the rock garden or even container. It also makes a good specimen for a terrarium.

Golden clubmoss, Selaginella kraussiana 'Aurea' forms a neat carpet of particularly yellow-green leaves, which works well with contrasting greens and other colors. For best results grow in rich, moist to wet soil in shade. Not fully hardy, it’s a good idea to overwinter some of your clubmoss indoors.
